Craft Wine. Bold Choices. Discover Résolu Cellars, a veteran-owned, father-son winery and tasting room in Historic Downtown Hillsboro. Winemaker Scott and his son Cameron, a USMC veteran, craft small-batch wines with passion and precision. Sip locally sourced Viognier, Chardonnay, Rosé of Pinot Noir, and Pinot Noir, plus bold Italian and Bordeaux reds from Washington’s Columbia Valley. We blend Italian and French influences into rich, barrel-aged wines—premium in quality, yet easy to enjoy. Small plates available for purchase and outside food is welcome. Well behaved children and dogs too! Our urban winery tasting room offers handcrafted wines, including rare finds. Stop by for a flight and find your next favorite!
