ABOUT US Our tasting room is a testament to the collaborative spirit between the Linfield University Center for Wine Education and the exceptional Oregon winemakers who have embraced our Wine Studies program. At Acorn to Oak, students receive hands-on job experience, showcase artwork, and share over 20 producers’ wines and the stories behind them! VISIT We invite you to join us at Acorn To Oak Wine Experience, located on historic 3rd Street in McMinnville. Our tasting room offers a new wine flight each week featuring 5 different producers.
