Dos Mariposas Vineyards & Lavender

Dos Mariposas Vineyards and Lavender Farm, which opened its doors in October 2022, is a multi-generational family farm. Dos Mariposas, which means two butterflies in Spanish, was named for our girls, Amelia & Adeline. Newest addition, Finley, who joined the family in 2020, may see his name on a label this year! The grounds feature beautiful vineyards, a colorful lavender field, a large pond teeming with wildlife, a giant sandbox, an onsite guesthouse, and stunning mountain views. The tasting room is spacious, yet cozy, with a wood-burning fireplace inside and glass garage doors that open to the wrap-around patio. A high-end sound system and spacious dance floor have made Dos Mariposas a favorite live music destination and you can catch performances by local musicians most weekends. Our first wines were produced from an existing block of cabernet sauvignon and pinot noir. Visitors this year will discover an expanded wine selection featuring new estate wines and sparkling options. We also offer a hard apple/pear cider made from a blend of estate-grown fruit. The menu includes other drink and food options, highlighted by lavender lemonade and a lavender, rosemary, and honey butter board. With its casual atmosphere and family-friendly vibe, we have created a space that is warm and welcoming to all. Se habla (un poquito de) español.
