SEA O2 Sparkling Wine

The wine producing region in and around Philomath, Ore., is gathering acclaim and earning praise, and the work of Matt Compton is a major reason for this. The former viticulturist for nearby Oregon State University has developed into one of the Willamette Valley’s most underrated winemakers, branching out from Spindrift Cellars with his Compton Family Wines offerings and now this SEA 02 Wines lineup. All are under his Small World Wine Co., facility in Philomath, Oregon.
