Lonesome Rock

About the winery
We offer private, owner-hosted wine tastings at our vineyard tasting house at the extreme northwest edge of the Willamette Valley, where the Coast Range meets the valley floor, 8 miles west of downtown Carlton, Oregon. Designed for both newer wine enthusiasts and seasoned collectors, each visit offers an in-depth, guided exploration of our estate-grown wines, vineyard, and history. Every tasting is personally hosted by the owners, offering a rare opportunity to engage directly with the people behind the farming and winemaking. Appointments are intentionally limited, creating an unhurried experience tailored to your interests—whether vineyard practices, vintage expression, or cellar aging—with plenty of time to enjoy the conversation, the setting, and the wines in the glass. Guests taste a curated selection of current releases and, when available, special library wines. We are a working estate vineyard and cannot accept walk-ins. For same-day requests, please call or text 847-308-9019. Tastings are $30 per person, waived with a three-bottle purchase or Private Client membership.
