About the winery
Our tasting room is now open year-round Wednesday-Sunday 12pm-5pm. Tastings are available at other times by appointment. Just give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
What makes it different
- High Pass Winery's labels go back further than any other winery in Junction City, to 1999.
- High Pass Winery dry farms its vineyard, letting vine roots reach water as deep as six feet without irrigation.(from the winery)
- Founder Dieter, originally from East Germany, was inspired by vineyards along the Elbe River and wine villages near Dresden before planting his first vines at High Pass in 1984.(from the winery)
