CHO Wines

About the winery

Perched atop the highest peak in the Willamette Valley, our estate sits in the heart of the enchanting Chehalem Mountains, overlooking the Wapato Lake Wildlife Refuge. CHO Wines makes 25 different styles of wine ranging from sparkling to reds. They have been nationally recognized for the method traditional sparkling wines, being names in the Top 100 Enthusiast List twice since their launch in 2021. As the first Korean-American vintners in Oregon, Lois and Dave Cho are doing more than building a vineyard estate – they’re building a community. Come for the wine, stay for the views and come back for the connection.

What makes it different
