Ghost Hill Cellars Vineyard and Tasting Room

About the winery
Owner Mike Bayliss and son, Michael, hand-built the tasting room. The structure is modeled to resemble a prospector’s shack. Mike included a sliding barn door and reclaimed windows from the Trappist Abbey Church in Carlton, Oregon.
What makes it different
- Ghost Hill Cellars produces its wines entirely from fruit grown on its own estate vineyard.(from the winery)
- Ghost Hill Cellars' winemaker Eric Hamacher trained at UC Davis and previously worked at Mondavi, Chalone, and Etude.(from the winery)
- Ghost Hill Cellars' winemaking follows a minimalist approach using wild fermentation yeasts and gravity blending and bottling.(from the winery)
