Emerging from the savannah ridge and built into the hillside, our new winery is a contemplative respite to explore our wines. A warm and welcoming experience invites guests to take in the surroundings and appreciate their impact on our wines. In this shared discovery, we unfurl the story of each wine and connect to the land and to memory. Winery Tastings at Abbott Claim take guests on a journey, one that transports visitors through the sustainable winery, circular barrel cellar, and underground wine library — with a few surprises along the way.
What makes it different
- Winemaker Alban Debeaulieu earned a master's degree in Bourgogne and worked in Beaujolais and Beaune before joining Abbott Claim.(from the winery)
