Tastings & Meals by Appointment at Antica Terra The Collective Tasting Enjoy a private, comprehensive tasting in our barrel room in Dundee. Featuring our current release wines and a rotating selection of inspirational bottlings from around the world, the tasting can cover a vast range; from grower Champagne and Premier Cru Burgundy, to esoteric bottlings made from rare, indigenous grapes and from winemakers who employ innovative techniques that advance the limit of flavor. Wines are served alongside a selection of seasonal food prepared by Chef Timothy Wastell. The Reserve Tasting We use the term “reserve” here broadly, as we reserve very little of our own wines and are avid collectors of others. In secret corners of our cellar, we quietly tuck away bottles with labels we regard with wide-eyed respect. Like a compass, these bottlings are guides that steer our work: Coche, Dujac, Raveneau, Selosse, Valentini. Please, just give us a reason to open them! A selection of snacks by Chef Timothy Wastell, accompany the ever-changing flight, created with and for you.
