Soter Vineyards – Mineral Springs Ranch

Soter Vineyards makes its home on Mineral Springs Ranch (MSR), a 240-acre Biodynamic farm and vineyard in the heart of Oregon wine country. Mineral Springs Vineyard consists of 40 acres of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay situated along the backbone of the property known as Savannah Ridge. The Soters are committed to Biodynamics, a farming system which places emphasis on soil health, biodiversity, and the incorporation of plants and animals into their fertility program. In addition to growing grapes, MSR is home to Scottish Highland cattle, chickens, turkeys, ducks, and heritage breed pigs. The farm also boasts over one hundred varieties of flowers, fruits and vegetables, and a half acre of cane and bush berries all of which is put to good use by Soter’s in house-culinary team. Mineral Springs Ranch is available to visit all year by advanced appointment. Choose from either the Classic Tasting, a seated, guided experience, or the Provisions Tasting which includes a beautiful selection of small plates crafted with care by the in-house culinary team.
